If you find a problem within 24 months since purchasing, proved by any purchasing document with a date, we can arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. DexShell’s guarantee does not cover the ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper care and use or accidents. Prior to a replacement or refund, the ‘faulty’ products should be returned to the place where they were purchased for testing back to base in order to validate, if any, the production defect or leakage rather than improper care and treatment.
